What Pluto is

Pluto is a financial coaching platform. We provide education, calculations, projections, and an AI assistant to help you make informed decisions about your money. We are not a regulated financial adviser, and Pluto is not a substitute for personal, professional financial advice from a qualified adviser.

Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
  • Don't share your account. Each subscription is one person (or one household via the partner feature).
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us immediately.

Payment

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
  • Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the current period.
  • Refunds are at our discretion but we'll always be reasonable.

What you give us

By using Pluto you grant us permission to process the financial data you enter, for the purpose of providing the service. We don't train models on your data, sell it, or share it with third parties beyond what's strictly needed to deliver Pluto (e.g. our cloud hosting provider).

What we promise

  • We'll keep the product running and your data safe to a commercially reasonable standard.
  • We'll notify you of material changes to these terms or to our privacy practices.
  • We'll behave like a good steward of your trust.

What we don't promise

  • Predictions are projections, not guarantees. Markets move; assumptions break.
  • The AI coach can be wrong. Verify anything material before acting on it.
  • Service interruptions can happen. We'll work to minimise them.

Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us during that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Closing your account

You can close your account any time from Settings. We'll permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain it.
